Contact Center Agent

About the role

The Contact Center Agent will serve as the first point of contact for consumer banking customers calling the contact center. In this role you will provide accurate information, process routine banking transactions, and resolve inquiries while maintaining a high level of professionalism and compliance with banking regulations. You will work closely with other agents and supervisors to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls from banking clients and respond to their questions promptly.
• Process standard banking transactions such as transfers, payments, and account updates.
• Identify opportunities to promote new banking products and services during conversations.
• Gather and document customer feedback on issues, procedures, and product experiences.
• Escalate complex or unresolved matters to the appropriate department or management.
• Maintain accurate call logs and update customer records in the system.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow banking procedures.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
