Contact Center Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Contact Center Executive to join Aramex International L.L.C. in Jordan. The role involves delivering high‑quality customer service through phone, email and chat, ensuring customers receive accurate information and timely resolutions.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound inquiries and resolve issues while adhering to company policies.
• Maintain a deep knowledge of Aramex products and services to provide accurate guidance.
• Record all interactions, customer data and transactions accurately in the CRM system.
• Manage call handling time efficiently and meet defined performance metrics such as average handling time and quality scores.
• Escalate complex problems and provide feedback on recurring trends to supervisors.
• Participate in continuous learning programs to stay updated on service offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Customer‑focused attitude with patience, empathy and ability to handle challenging interactions.
• Strong problem‑solving and adaptability to change.
• Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Ability to work under pressure and maintain a medium‑to‑high typing speed.
