Content Associate – Category Management

About the role

The Content Associate will manage and optimise the online presentation of a specific product category for Majid Al Futtaim’s e‑commerce platform. You will be responsible for creating, editing and publishing accurate product information, promotional content and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement online content for the assigned category, including product descriptions, pricing, delivery details, origin and ingredients where applicable.
• Maintain up‑to‑date and timely publication of all category content on the digital platform.
• Monitor product performance and unpublish items that are low in demand, out of stock or unavailable.
• Manage the online presence of product categories and associated promotional campaigns, providing insights to management.
• Collect product information from merchandising, suppliers and vendors to ensure accuracy.
• Review and update content before publication to guarantee consistency across digital channels.
• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers on content‑related projects and campaigns.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in website content creation and management.
• Retail industry experience is a plus.
• Understanding of social media channels and online content development.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and attention to detail.
