About the role

We are looking for a Content Creation Specialist to develop compelling video ideas, storytelling formats, and content strategies for multiple brands. The role involves overseeing the entire production process and ensuring that all content aligns with client objectives and brand tone.

Key responsibilities

• Develop video concepts, storytelling formats, and comprehensive content strategies for various brands.
• Supervise video shoots from initial concept through final edit, maintaining creative alignment and quality control.
• Monitor platform trends and adapt them to meet client goals and brand voice.
• Create story‑driven content across formats, including social media campaigns.
• Collaborate with internal teams and clients to deliver engaging, high‑performing content.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content creation and copywriting.
• Strong expertise in web copy, social media posts, and marketing materials.
• Experience in content strategy and planning, translating business goals into clear roadmaps.
• Ability to conduct thorough research on industries, audiences, and competitors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Proven experience in a senior content or copywriting role, preferably within digital agencies or growth‑focused teams.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, Business, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
