Content Marketing/KOL Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Content Marketing/KOL Specialist to lead our TikTok influencer initiatives. The role focuses on building strong relationships with TikTok KOLs, designing campaigns, and integrating TikTok strategies into broader marketing plans.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, recruit, and maintain a network of TikTok influencers and agencies.
• Analyze viral competitor content and translate insights into actionable marketing tactics.
• Plan, execute, and oversee TikTok KOL campaigns, ensuring high-quality content delivery.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align TikTok activities with overall marketing objectives.
• Negotiate contracts, manage campaign budgets, and track performance metrics.
• Continuously optimize campaigns based on data-driven insights.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in KOL or influencer marketing, preferably on TikTok.
• Strong knowledge of the Vietnamese TikTok ecosystem and market trends.
• Proven ability to conduct competitor content analysis and apply findings.
• Well-connected within TikTok influencer communities.
• Creative, detail-oriented, and results-driven mindset.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
• Fluent in English; Chinese language skills are a plus.
