About the role

Kasselsoft is seeking a qualified English Teacher on a contract basis to create and record video lessons for its AI‑driven learning platform. The role blends traditional language instruction with cutting‑edge technology, allowing you to shape how learners interact with AI‑generated content.

Key responsibilities

• Record high‑quality English course videos for integration into the AI platform.
• Design clear curriculum, lesson plans, and pedagogical methodology aligned with language proficiency levels.
• Review and evaluate AI‑generated English learning materials for accuracy and educational effectiveness.
• Provide detailed feedback to improve the AI system’s teaching approach and language precision.
• Ensure all course content meets strong educational standards and is appropriate for the target learners.

Required profile

• Proven experience teaching English, preferably to a range of proficiency levels.
• Comfortable presenting on camera and producing video‑based instructional content.
• Strong grasp of English grammar, communication skills, and curriculum design.
• Attention to detail when assessing AI‑generated content.
• Experience in EdTech, online teaching, or curriculum development is a plus.
