我们在约旦安曼的Sheraton酒店招聘Cook II，负责日常厨房食品的准备与烹饪，提供高质量的餐饮服务。
主要职责
- 按配方和质量标准进行食材的称量、切割、清洗和保存。
- 操作烤箱、炉灶、烤架、微波炉、油炸机等厨房设备，确保食品熟度。
- 监控食品质量，执行冷餐准备和热菜烹饪。
- 保持工作区、餐具和设备的清洁消毒，遵守安全规程。
- 根据公司政策报告设备维护、事故和安全隐患。
任职要求
- 高中或同等学历。
- 至少1年相关厨房工作经验。
- 能够在站立、走动、弯腰等体力工作环境中工作。
- 遵守公司安全与卫生标准，完成必要的培训。
