Coordinator, Indoor Sales Support

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Coordinator, Indoor Sales Support to join our Sales department in Amman. Reporting to the Commercial & Sales Manager, you will provide commercial and logistical assistance to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare quotations and pricing proposals for customers.
• Negotiate and coordinate with vendors, agents, airlines, and shipping lines to obtain competitive rates.
• Manage customer enquiries and deliver commercial support.
• Maintain accurate sales and customer records.
• Coordinate confirmed bookings with Operations teams.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the client base.
• Build strong relationships with customers, agents, and suppliers.
• Prepare sales reports and support business development activities.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or business.
• 2‑3 years of relevant experience.
• Fluent spoken English.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office.
• Understanding of Incoterms.
• Knowledge of the customs clearance process.
