Corporate Banking Manager

About the role

The Corporate Banking Manager will lead long‑term engagement with corporate clients, understanding their financial needs and strategic goals to deliver tailored banking solutions. This role is pivotal in driving sustainable growth and strengthening the bank’s market position.

Key responsibilities

• Build trusted relationships with corporate clients and identify financing solutions such as working capital, term loans, trade finance and guarantees.
• Collaborate with credit risk, operations, compliance and other internal teams to ensure operational excellence and regulatory compliance.
• Cross‑sell treasury, cash management and digital banking services to existing clients.
• Monitor portfolio quality, review client performance and credit risk indicators regularly.
• Coordinate documentation, approvals and disbursements with Credit, Legal and Operations.
• Lead complex negotiations on terms and conditions, aligning agreements with the bank’s risk appetite.
• Leverage market, industry and regulatory knowledge to support strategic decisions and portfolio growth.
• Achieve revenue and portfolio targets while maintaining robust risk management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Banking, Economics or Business Administration.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial and corporate banking with direct client exposure.
• Jordanian nationality and fluency in Arabic and English.
• Professional certifications are a plus.
