Corporate Sales Professional

About the role

The Corporate Sales Professional will build and manage relationships with corporate clients in Jordan, promoting MetLife’s insurance and employee‑benefits solutions while meeting defined sales targets. This full‑time, on‑site position involves prospecting new business, preparing customized proposals and guiding clients through the sales cycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with corporate customers to drive insurance and benefits sales.
• Identify new business opportunities and generate qualified leads.
• Prepare tailored proposals and deliver product presentations to decision‑makers.
• Negotiate terms and close deals in line with company guidelines.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and service delivery.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities and provide regular pipeline and performance reports.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and contribute to sales strategy development.
• Represent MetLife at client meetings, industry events and networking functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in corporate or B2B sales, preferably within insurance or financial services.
• Strong client‑relationship management, negotiation and consultative selling abilities.
• Ability to manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Solid business acumen and understanding of corporate client needs.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance or a related field preferred.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
• Knowledge of the Jordanian market and corporate landscape is advantageous.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM software for pipeline and reporting management.
• Competence in standard office applications (e.g., Microsoft Office).
