About the role
Amman Academy is seeking a dedicated Counselor to support the wellbeing and development of its students aged 3‑19. The role involves providing guidance, fostering a safe environment, and upholding the Academy’s core values.
Key responsibilities
- Promote student wellbeing in line with AA values.
- Provide counseling and guidance to students across all grades.
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to support educational excellence.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in counselling, psychology, early childhood development or a related field.
- Minimum two years’ experience working with children in schools or similar settings.
- Non‑criminal record certificate.
- Strong communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
- Solid IT skills.
