Counselor – Student Support

About the role

Amman Academy is seeking a dedicated Counselor to support the wellbeing and development of its students aged 3‑19. The role involves providing guidance, fostering a safe environment, and upholding the Academy’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Promote student wellbeing in line with AA values.
• Provide counseling and guidance to students across all grades.
• Collaborate with teachers and staff to support educational excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in counselling, psychology, early childhood development or a related field.
• Minimum two years’ experience working with children in schools or similar settings.
• Non‑criminal record certificate.
• Strong communication, organization and time‑management abilities.
• Solid IT skills.
