Country Manager – Commercial Growth

About the role

We are seeking a high‑performing Country Manager to drive commercial growth in Jordan. The role owns revenue targets, leads the sales cycle from prospecting to closing, and shapes market positioning across government, banking and enterprise sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Own and deliver country revenue targets and pipeline development.
• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities in government, financial institutions and large enterprises.
• Lead end‑to‑end sales cycles, including prospecting, proposal, negotiation and closing.
• Develop and execute go‑to‑market strategies aligned with the product portfolio.
• Drive upsell and cross‑sell activities within existing accounts.
• Manage strategic accounts, building executive‑level relationships with CIOs, CDOs, legal, compliance and procurement leaders.
• Oversee contract renewals, long‑term commercial agreements and act as escalation point for key clients.
• Represent the company in industry forums, regulatory discussions and enterprise events.
• Build partnerships with system integrators, technology partners and channel players.
• Forecast revenue, maintain pipeline visibility and ensure compliance with regulatory frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 5 + years of experience in IT or SaaS B2B sales.
• Proven track record selling to government entities, banks and large enterprises.
• Strong account‑management and relationship‑building capabilities.
• Experience managing complex procurement cycles and tender processes.
• Fluent in Arabic and English, both written and spoken.
