About the role

We are looking for a strategic, highly creative, and performance‑driven Content Lead to elevate our brand presence across social media. You will own the vision, direction, and execution of our video content strategy for both the firm and its founder, Ali.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and lead the overall content strategy on Meta, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Pitch and produce innovative content ideas, themes, and formats for the firm and Ali’s personal brand.
• Plan, direct and oversee short‑form and long‑form video shoots, ensuring high production quality.
• Analyze performance data and translate insights into actionable strategies to boost reach, engagement and conversions.
• Maintain content calendars, workflows and systems to deliver consistent output at scale.
• Collaborate with marketing, legal and leadership teams to align content with firm messaging.
• Mentor junior creators and stay ahead of platform trends and algorithm changes.

• Proven experience creating and managing high‑impact video content for social media.
• Strong storytelling ability with a focus on short‑form formats.
• Analytical mindset capable of interpreting performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide on‑camera talent and junior team members.
