Creative Team Leader

About the role

The Creative Team Leader drives the overall vision and execution of brand storytelling across all channels. You will manage a multidisciplinary team of writers, designers, video editors, photographers and animators to produce compelling campaigns that support business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the creative direction for campaigns, platforms and products, ensuring alignment with brand and business goals.
• Develop concepts, storyboards and mood boards that resonate with students, parents, schools and government stakeholders.
• Manage external agencies and freelancers to extend capacity when needed.
• Supervise, mentor and coordinate a cross‑functional creative team.
• Oversee end‑to‑end production of marketing materials, from ideation through delivery.
• Handle multiple projects simultaneously, maintaining deadlines, quality and consistency.
• Establish efficient workflows for content creation and approval.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Art, Design, Marketing, Media or Communications (art background required).
• 7+ years in creative roles with at least 3 years in a leadership or managerial position.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong background in brand storytelling, campaign ideation and cross‑platform execution.
• Experience in tech, startups or EdTech is a strong plus.
• Excellent project‑management skills and familiarity with agency and outsourcing workflows.

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with Canva.
