Customer Relations Agent - Driver

About the role

We are looking for a Customer Relations Agent who also holds a valid driving licence to provide high‑quality support to passengers while handling transportation duties. The role combines front‑line customer service with safe vehicle operation, ensuring passengers’ questions are answered, their needs processed, and any concerns resolved promptly.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries through phone, email or in‑person.
• Process orders, forms, applications and requests, and keep accurate records of all interactions.
• Acknowledge and resolve customer complaints, providing feedback on service efficiency.
• Coordinate with colleagues and provide periodic reports as required.
• Drive safely with a Jordanian driving licence type 4 or 5, adhering to company policies and environmental protection programmes.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Jordanian driving licence type 4 and 5 (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of driver experience, preferably in the aviation sector.
• Experience in customer support or service environments.
• Strong command of English and ability to stay calm under pressure.

Required skills

• Valid Jordanian driving licence (type 4/5).
• Proficiency in English language.
