Customer Service Advisor (French/English) – Amman

About the role

We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Advisor to join our Amman team. You will interact with French‑ and English‑speaking customers, delivering high‑quality support while meeting contractual performance targets.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure service delivery meets agreed KPIs and contractual obligations.
• Clarify customer requirements, use decision‑support tools and provide accurate resolutions.
• Listen attentively, demonstrate empathy and build rapport with each caller.
• Greet customers courteously and follow established procedures.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products and services.
• Document interactions accurately and update the call‑tracking database.
• Identify opportunities to offer additional products or services.
• Refer complex inquiries to senior staff or published resources as needed.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any related field.
• 0‑2 years of relevant customer‑service experience.
• Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
• Strong computer navigation skills and PC knowledge.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Detail‑oriented, dependable and able to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Flexibility to adapt to shift rotations and repetitive tasks.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
