About the role
Zain1883 is seeking a motivated Customer Service Advisor to represent the brand in Madaba. You will interact with customers through multiple channels, provide product information, handle complaints, and support sales initiatives while maintaining high service standards.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a high volume of inbound and outbound communications via phone, text, and social media.
- Identify customer needs, resolve issues, and deliver appropriate solutions.
- Build positive relationships and ensure all inquiries, feedback, and confirmations are addressed.
- Promote Zain’s products and services, actively seeking upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
- Stay updated on new offerings and competitor activities through training and self‑learning.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
- Preferred minimum of 2 years of relevant customer service experience.
- Residency in Madaba.
