About the role
Concentrix is seeking a bilingual Arabic‑English Customer Service Representative to join its Amman team. You will interact with customers from a variety of leading brands across sectors such as technology, finance, travel, fashion, and healthcare, delivering consistent, high‑quality support through multiple channels.
Key responsibilities
- Handle customer inquiries and requests via voice, email, chat, and social media.
- Assess customer needs and provide appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and follow‑up actions.
- Collaborate with internal teams to improve service processes and customer experience.
- Adhere to company policies, quality standards, and data‑privacy regulations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree or diploma in any relevant field.
- Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented attitude.
- Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
Required skills
- Experience with multichannel communication tools.
- Familiarity with helpdesk systems.
