About the role
Join Concentrix as a Customer Service Representative in Irbid, providing bilingual support in Arabic and English. You will interact with customers across multiple channels, helping resolve routine issues and delivering a consistent brand experience.
Key responsibilities
- Review customer requests and respond according to their needs and situations.
- Manage multichannel interactions (voice, email, social media, chat) to ensure a seamless experience.
- Develop technical skills and learn software solutions that improve customers' lives.
- Champion better brand experiences for clients and their customers.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree or diploma in any related field.
- Proficient or bilingual in Arabic and English (advanced English level).
- Proactive, self‑motivated, and solution‑oriented.
- Willingness to work rotating and weekend shifts.
