Customer Service Representative – Currency Exchange

About the role

Global Exchange is seeking a motivated Customer Service Representative to join its team in Jordan. You will be the front‑line contact for travelers and customers needing foreign‑currency transactions, providing accurate service while upholding regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist customers with buying and selling foreign currency, explaining rates, fees, and available services.
• Handle inquiries, complaints, and feedback promptly and professionally.
• Process transactions accurately, verify customer identification, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Promote additional products and services offered by the exchange.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction through clear communication and reliable service.
• Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and updates related to currency exchange.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and a positive customer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field.
• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in cash handling.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, public holidays, and overnight hours.
• Previous retail experience is highly valued.
• Valid work permit for Jordan.
