Key responsibilities

• Assist customers in selecting games, events, birthdays, and packages that match their needs.
• Handle bookings, inquiries, and special requests efficiently.
• Recommend and upsell additional experiences to meet individual and team sales goals.
• Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining high satisfaction levels.
• Collaborate with teammates to ensure smooth, enjoyable experiences daily.
