Customer Service Specialist – French Speaker (Remote)

About the role

TalentWorldGroup is seeking a bilingual French‑English Customer Service Specialist to join its remote call‑center team. The role supports a home‑based project in the online travel sector, handling first‑level inbound and outbound interactions and ensuring high‑quality assistance for customers using a booking platform.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound and make outbound customer service calls, managing multiple cases simultaneously.
• Provide first‑point support for homeowners and travelers, handling modifications, cancellations, deposit claims and escalations.
• Log, classify and follow up on all interactions, maintaining accurate call histories and resolutions.
• Analyze call data, share customer feedback and stay updated on platform changes.
• Collaborate with internal and external teams through clear, documented communication.

Required profile

• Professional‑level French (C2) and fluent English.
• Proven experience in customer service, preferably in a call‑center or online travel environment.
• Ability to multitask between live calls and case handling under pressure.
• Solid computer literacy and experience working online.
• Clear, empathetic and professional communication skills.

Required skills

• Experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platforms.
• Familiarity with Slack or other team‑collaboration tools.
• Proficiency in Salesforce and standard office applications.
• Operating systems: Windows 11 or later, macOS 14 or later.
