Customer Success Executive

About the role

Unifonic is looking for a Customer Success Executive to be the primary point of contact for its clients, ensuring they receive maximum value from the platform throughout their journey. You will build long‑lasting relationships, understand business needs, and help customers adopt and expand usage of Unifonic’s messaging and AI solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as day‑to‑day liaison for assigned customers, driving adoption and delivering consistent value.
• Prepare and lead Customer Success touchpoints such as QBRs, adoption reviews, and regular check‑ins.
• Develop product knowledge of messaging channels and conversational AI tools to guide customers.
• Proactively engage customers to share best practices, support onboarding, and achieve key milestones.
• Monitor account health, flag churn risks early, and collaborate with internal teams on retention strategies.
• Identify expansion and upsell opportunities, especially around AI‑powered features, and coordinate with Sales.

Required profile

• Proven track record in sales or customer‑facing roles with a focus on relationship building.
• Strong communication skills and ability to understand client business objectives.
• Passion for customer success and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with Sales, Partners, and Solution Consultants.
