Customer Success Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Customer Success Manager to join our team in Amman. You will be the primary point of contact for our restaurant and retail partners, ensuring they get the most out of our online ordering platform.

Key responsibilities

• Build and nurture strong relationships with assigned customers.
• Lead onboarding processes, guiding clients through platform setup and customization.
• Provide ongoing support, addressing inquiries and troubleshooting issues promptly.
• Monitor customer health metrics and work to improve retention and satisfaction.
• Collect and analyze feedback to recommend product and process enhancements.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and marketing teams to align on customer goals.

Required profile

• Proven experience in customer satisfaction, service, and retention.
• Excellent relationship‑building and communication skills in Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret feedback and drive improvements.
• Ability to manage multiple accounts and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience in service, retail, tech, or SaaS environments is a plus.
