Customer/Supplier Onboarding IT Project Manager Executive

About the role

The Customer/Supplier Onboarding IT PM Executive will lead multiple onboarding projects, ensuring smooth integration of customers and suppliers into APG's systems. Reporting to the Supplier Onboarding IT Senior Manager, the role combines project ownership with stakeholder communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project lifecycles across several concurrent projects, gathering and reviewing requirements from all parties.
• Lead stakeholder management, keep stakeholders informed of progress and delays, and ensure documentation is clear and accurate.
• Maintain understanding of APG systems and technologies to resolve issues efficiently.
• Drive development specifications, monitor project progress, and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Control project spend, perform risk management, and coordinate resources to achieve project goals.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, IT, Business Management or related field.
• Minimum 18 months of hands‑on project management experience delivering projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong communication, organization and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive attitude with commitment to team and business objectives.
