CX Solutions Design Manager

About the role

The CX Solutions Design Manager will lead the technical execution of product features from backlog through release, ensuring high‑quality delivery within an agile environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical execution of product features from backlog to release.
• Break down high‑level requirements into detailed user stories and specifications.
• Coordinate sprint planning, backlog grooming, and delivery cycles with development and QA teams.
• Validate technical feasibility and system design in collaboration with development teams.
• Ensure alignment with architectural standards, modular design principles, and security practices.
• Oversee QA test planning, automation strategies, and regression validation.
• Manage release readiness, version tracking, packaging, and internal sign‑off processes.
• Work with development and IT teams on staging environments and deployment coordination.
• Act as point of escalation for technical defects, hot‑fix prioritization, and root‑cause analysis.
• Maintain release documentation, known‑issue logs, and developer notes.
• Coordinate impact analysis for bugs and change requests.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in software delivery, technical product ownership, or engineering leadership.
• Deep understanding of product lifecycle, agile delivery, and SaaS or on‑premise architecture.
• Experience with customer experience solutions such as contact centers, workforce optimization, or speech analytics is a strong advantage.
• Strong analytical, coordination, and documentation abilities.
