Cyber Security Account Manager

About the role

Green Circle for Cybersecurity is seeking a full‑time Cyber Security Account Manager to be based on‑site in Amman, Jordan. You will be the primary liaison for key client accounts, understanding their cybersecurity requirements and aligning our managed services to their strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and grow relationships with commercial and government clients.
• Coordinate with technical, operations and sales teams to ensure delivery of SOC, managed security, penetration testing, compliance and threat‑intelligence services.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and contract documents; manage renewals and upsell opportunities.
• Monitor customer satisfaction, handle escalations and ensure service performance meets agreed standards.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and support regional sales initiatives.
• Stay up‑to‑date with cybersecurity trends and regulatory requirements to advise clients effectively.

Required profile

• Proven experience in account management, client relationship or customer success within cybersecurity, IT services or related fields.
• Strong communication, negotiation and presentation abilities, capable of translating technical concepts into business value.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, Cybersecurity or a related discipline; relevant certifications such as CISSP or CISM are a plus.
