DevOps Engineer – Monitoring & Observability

About the role

CFI Financial Group is seeking a DevOps Engineer to design, implement, and maintain monitoring and observability solutions for its global trading platform. The role focuses on ensuring reliability, performance, and scalability of infrastructure and applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deploy, and manage monitoring solutions using tools such as Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, ELK, Zabbix or New Relic.
• Create custom dashboards and visualisation panels to track system health, application performance and service‑level indicators.
• Implement alerting strategies and integrate monitoring pipelines into CI/CD workflows.
• Automate monitoring and alerting configuration with Infrastructure‑as‑Code tools like Terraform.
• Support incident response by providing telemetry, developing runbooks and participating in on‑call rotations.
• Collaborate with development, QA and operations teams to instrument services and continuously improve observability frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in DevOps, SRE or infrastructure engineering.
• Strong understanding of Linux systems, networking fundamentals and cloud environments (AWS).
