Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement Lead

About the role

The Digital, Analytics & AI Enablement Lead will shape PwC Middle East’s digital operating model, drive AI‑enabled workflows and ensure seamless activation of paid media, CRM, website and analytics across the Marketing & Communications business unit.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end digital operating model for paid media, CRM, website and analytics, establishing governance, role boundaries and decision rights.
• Lead digital activation, delivering paid‑media campaigns, CRM journeys, website publishing and campaign platforms while scaling demand generation.
• Transform the website into a growth engine with personalization, engagement metrics and conversion tracking.
• Oversee Salesforce Marketing Cloud automation, journey development and targeting improvements.
• Lead AI enablement across campaigns, digital and sales enablement, identifying practical AI use cases for planning, content optimisation, targeting, reporting and workflow automation.
• Govern marketing platforms including Salesforce, Marketing Cloud and website CMS, ensuring robust infrastructure and compliance.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading digital strategy and operating models within a large professional services or consulting environment.
• Strong track record of delivering integrated digital marketing activations and scaling paid‑media programmes.
• Demonstrated ability to champion AI initiatives that improve campaign efficiency and automation.
• Excellent stakeholder management skills with the capacity to embed digital early in campaign planning.
