Digital Automotive Sales Executive

About the role

Motory is seeking a driven and customer‑focused Digital Automotive Sales Executive to join its team in Amman, Jordan. You will be the primary point of contact for buyers across digital channels, turning inquiries into completed deals with a focus on the Saudi Arabian automotive market.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly to customer inquiries via website, email, and social media, guiding buyers through their purchasing journey.
• Present vehicle specifications, pricing options, add‑on services, and after‑sales support with clarity and confidence.
• Actively follow up on qualified leads to convert inquiries into confirmed vehicle sales and achieve targets.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date customer records and track interactions within the CRM system.
• Prepare regular sales reports and monitor performance against target KPIs.
• Partner with the marketing team on promotional campaigns and contribute innovative ideas to attract new buyers.
• Monitor competitor pricing, offerings, and trends in the Saudi automotive market to maintain a competitive edge.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of automotive sales experience, preferably in the Saudi Arabian market.
• Full professional proficiency in Arabic and English, spoken and written.
• Outstanding communication, negotiation, and digital persuasion abilities.
• Hands‑on experience with CRM software and digital sales channels.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and consistently meet sales targets.
• Highly organized, self‑motivated, with a strong customer‑first mindset.
