About the role

We are looking for a Digital Content & Creative Manager to turn viral moments into repeatable success for Barqboxes. Based in Amman, you will lead the end‑to‑end creation of Arabic‑language digital content across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

Develop and execute content strategy, planning calendars and performance reporting.
Write carousel copy, captions and video scripts in Arabic.
Design posts, stories and graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
Shoot, edit and publish reels and TikTok videos.
Manage community interactions and coordinate micro‑influencer collaborations.

Required profile

Minimum 2 years experience in content, social media or creative roles.
Strong, warm and engaging Arabic writing ability.
Proven storytelling instincts in Arabic.
Portfolio that showcases writing, design and video work.
