Digital Content & Creative Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Digital Content & Creative Manager to turn viral moments into repeatable success for Barqboxes. Based in Amman, you will lead the end‑to‑end creation of Arabic‑language digital content across social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content strategy, planning calendars and performance reporting.
• Write carousel copy, captions and video scripts in Arabic.
• Design posts, stories and graphics using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite and Figma.
• Shoot, edit and publish reels and TikTok videos.
• Manage community interactions and coordinate micro‑influencer collaborations.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years experience in content, social media or creative roles.
• Strong, warm and engaging Arabic writing ability.
• Proven storytelling instincts in Arabic.
• Portfolio that showcases writing, design and video work.
