Digital Marketing & Account Manager

About the role

ISTQ SERVERS, a growing technology company serving clients across several international markets, is hiring a proactive, results-driven and customer-focused Digital Marketing & Account Manager in Amman, Jordan. The role combines digital marketing, lead generation and account management to drive business growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, manage and optimise digital marketing campaigns across multiple platforms
• Develop and run marketing strategies to generate leads and increase sales
• Manage social media channels and create engaging marketing content
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports and insights
• Build and maintain relationships with existing clients and follow up to ensure satisfaction
• Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
• Coordinate with technical and support teams to deliver a great customer experience
• Prepare proposals, quotations and presentations for existing and prospective clients

Required profile

• Previous experience in digital marketing, sales or account management
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to communicate with local and international clients
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team

Required skills

• Digital marketing platforms and online advertising
• Basic knowledge of servers, hosting, hardware, networking and IT infrastructure
• Ability to use AI tools in daily work
• Preferred: web hosting, dedicated servers, colocation, data centre operations, networking and B2B sales experience
