Digital Marketing Expert

About the role

The Digital Marketing Expert will lead ZainTECH’s digital growth across the Middle East, shaping B2B campaigns that turn engagement into qualified demand, pipeline and revenue. Working closely with Sales, GTM, Product, Brand, RevOps and agency partners, you will own the digital ecosystem spanning social, website, paid media, SEO, email, automation and emerging channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute integrated B2B digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Own and manage social media channels (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, Meta) – strategy, content, calendars and performance optimisation.
• Maintain the ZainTECH website, improve user experience, conversion paths and SEO/AEO visibility.
• Plan and run integrated campaigns across social, email, paid media and emerging platforms, continuously testing and refining to maximise conversion.
• Build and manage marketing automation, nurture, lead‑scoring and lifecycle programmes using HubSpot and Salesforce.
• Leverage AI and emerging technologies to enhance research, personalisation, optimisation and reporting.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of digital marketing experience, preferably in B2B technology, SaaS, ICT, telecom, cloud or cybersecurity.
• Proven track record of generating qualified demand and contributing to pipeline and revenue.
• Strong analytical, commercial and problem‑solving skills with a data‑driven mindset.
• Experience with ABM, AI‑enabled marketing and international/regional markets is a plus.
