Digital Marketing Manager

About the role

The Digital Marketing Manager will lead all digital marketing initiatives for Alef Education’s products and services. Working closely with product teams, the role designs, implements and manages strategies that generate sales leads and support revenue targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead development and implementation of digital marketing strategies to reach target markets and achieve sales objectives.
• Collaborate with product leadership to create campaigns that accelerate engagement and drive leads.
• Develop detailed digital marketing plans aligned with strategic objectives and budget constraints.
• Manage a calendar of digital marketing activities and events to maintain continuous brand awareness.
• Drive demand for Alef Education products across social media platforms and other digital channels.
• Utilize market research to shape campaigns that complement brand and product guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with digital media partners, identifying trends and high‑impact platforms.
• Monitor performance of digital activities, optimise lead‑generation processes and capitalize on sales opportunities.
• Support renewal and negotiation of vendor contracts to ensure long‑term value and sustainable performance.
• Lead strategic development of product marketing campaigns to meet lead‑generation goals.
• Design and implement product marketing plans that maximise efficiency and performance within budget.
