Digital Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketing Specialist to join our award‑winning growth agency. The successful candidate will work closely with the Account Manager to deliver day‑to‑day social media and content services for a diverse portfolio of clients.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Account Manager across multiple client projects.
• Schedule and publish content on various social platforms.
• Leverage AI tools to improve productivity and campaign performance.
• Manage community engagement, including monitoring, responding and escalating issues.
• Assist in creating clear design briefs, shoot plans and social media calendars.
• Review content, provide feedback and ensure alignment with brand guidelines.
• Maintain up‑to‑date content calendars and tracking documents.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Support reporting activities and general account administration.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a digital marketing or social media agency.
• Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities across several clients.
• Good understanding of social media platforms and content workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication in English.
• Proactive, reliable team player.
