Digital Media Designer & Content Creator

About the role

The Digital Media Designer & Content Creator will produce high‑quality visual and multimedia assets to support the hospital’s marketing, social media, public relations and internal communication initiatives. You will work closely with doctors, internal departments and external agencies to bring creative concepts to life.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce social media posts, stories, banners, brochures, posters, roll‑ups, signage and other marketing collateral.
• Create, edit and publish educational, promotional and awareness videos for social platforms and internal use.
• Handle photography and videography for hospital events, staff, facilities and services, including setup of cameras, lighting, audio and green‑screen equipment.
• Develop scripts, storyboards and creative concepts for video content and coordinate shoots with relevant stakeholders.
• Ensure all visual output aligns with the hospital’s brand identity and supports the marketing calendar.
• Collaborate with external agencies for website updates and other content requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in visual design, video production or content creation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English with strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work occasional evenings or weekends for events.

• Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign and Audition.
• CapCut and Canva.
• AI‑based content creation tools.
• Photography, videography and video editing.
