Digital Media Designer & Content Creator

About the role

The Digital Media Designer & Content Creator will produce high‑quality visual and multimedia assets that support the hospital’s marketing, social media, public relations and internal communications. You will work closely with doctors, marketing teams and external agencies to bring creative concepts to life across a variety of channels.

Key responsibilities

• Design social media posts, stories, banners, brochures, posters, roll‑ups, signage and other marketing collateral.
• Create and edit educational, promotional and awareness videos for social platforms.
• Handle photography and videography for hospital events, staff, facilities and services, including set‑up of cameras, lighting, audio and green‑screen equipment.
• Develop scripts, storyboards and creative concepts for video content.
• Support the marketing calendar by delivering assets that align with the brand identity.
• Coordinate with external agencies for website updates and content requirements.
• Cover on‑site and off‑site events, occasionally during evenings or weekends, and travel outside Jordan when required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of relevant experience in visual design, video production or content creation.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative work and attention to visual detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines and work flexible hours for events.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, InDesign, Audition.
• CapCut, Canva and AI‑based content creation tools.
• Photography, videography and video editing proficiency.
