Dispatch Coordinator – HVAC, Refrigeration, Electrical & Plumbing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Dispatch Coordinator to manage the scheduling and dispatch of HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing technicians using the Fusion platform. The role operates in a fast‑paced, 24/7 service environment, ensuring both emergency and preventive maintenance jobs are handled efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians across HVAC, refrigeration, electrical and plumbing trades using Fusion.
• Schedule emergency service calls and routine preventive maintenance visits.
• Monitor technician routes, job progress and overall scheduling efficiency.
• Update work orders, job statuses and customer records in real time.
• Communicate appointment details and service updates to customers.
• Work closely with field technicians to ensure timely job completion.
• Prioritize urgent requests while maintaining smooth daily operations.
• Support 24/7 coverage by managing after‑hours and emergency dispatch needs.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience with Fusion dispatch software.
• Experience coordinating residential and commercial service projects.
• Previous dispatch experience in HVAC, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical or similar field service industry.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Comfortable working in a 24/7 service environment.
• High attention to detail and ability to perform under pressure.
