Dispatcher – Coordinate Technicians (US Market)

About the role
We are seeking a Dispatcher to support our US market operations from our Amman office. The successful candidate will act as the central point of contact between customers, field technicians and internal teams, ensuring timely and accurate service delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Secure and schedule technicians for assigned tasks based on availability and skill set.
- Coordinate daily dispatch activities and monitor progress of field work.
- Follow up with technicians to confirm task completion and resolve any issues.
- Enter and maintain accurate dispatch and service data in the company system.
- Communicate updates to customers and internal stakeholders.
Required profile
- Fluent English communication skills.
- Strong problem‑solving and multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Good organizational and time‑management capabilities.
