E-Commerce Executive

About the role

We are looking for a motivated and detail‑oriented E‑Commerce Executive to oversee the daily operations of our online store. You will act as the bridge between the website development team and the marketing department, ensuring a smooth shopping experience that drives sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities between developers, marketing, and internal teams.
• Upload and maintain product listings, including images, specifications, pricing, and categories.
• Monitor website performance, functionality, and user experience.
• Ensure product information is accurate and consistent across the site.
• Support marketing campaigns by updating banners, landing pages, and promotions.
• Track performance metrics and prepare basic reports.
• Identify and implement improvements to increase conversion rates and enhance the customer journey.
• Manage product updates, stock visibility, and content changes as needed.
• Assist in testing website updates before launch.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in E‑Commerce or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in E‑Commerce, digital marketing, or website management.
• Strong writing skills for product descriptions in English and Arabic.
• Excellent coordination, communication, and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with Shopify and Magento platforms.
• Basic understanding of SEO and online merchandising.
• Familiarity with Google Analytics or similar reporting tools.
