E-Commerce Product Content Specialist

About the role

A highly organized, detail-oriented and data-driven E-Commerce Product Content Specialist is sought to manage and optimize product information across the company's e-commerce website and digital sales channels. The role ensures listings are accurate, complete, visually consistent and optimized for search visibility and conversion, working with large catalogues across multiple brands and categories. It reports to the E-Commerce Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Create, upload and maintain product listings with accurate titles, descriptions, specifications and selling points, validating data from suppliers and manufacturers
• Maintain a structured, up-to-date catalogue with correct categorization, tags, filters and variants, coordinating with purchasing and inventory teams
• Optimize product content with SEO best practices and brand-consistent templates, avoiding duplicate or generic descriptions
• Source, verify and coordinate product images and digital assets with graphic design and marketing teams
• Review pages before and after publication, run regular catalogue audits and track content status
• Coordinate with purchasing, merchandising, inventory, marketing, SEO and customer service teams, and support customer service on product information issues

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in E-Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration, Information Management or a related field preferred
• 1-3 years of experience in e-commerce content management, product information management, catalogue operations or online retail
• Experience managing product listings on Shopify, WooCommerce, Magento or a similar platform
• Excellent written English; Arabic is an advantage
• Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, with high attention to detail

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel: data cleaning, filtering, lookups and bulk data preparation
• Product attributes, SKU structures, categorization and catalogue management
• Basic knowledge of SEO and product-page optimization
• Familiarity with image management and digital asset requirements
