About the role

Lead the development and execution of go‑to‑market strategies for public schools, private schools and universities, while influencing policymakers and regulators to align with Efekta’s AI‑powered learning mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute tailored go‑to‑market plans for educational institutions and legislation‑driven programs.
• Engage and influence policymakers, regulators, state legislators and education administrators.
• Manage full sales cycles from prospecting to proposal design, negotiation and closure.
• Oversee KPIs such as new partnerships secured, revenue growth, sales funnel velocity and policy impact.

• Driven self‑starter with strong ethics and a proven ability to close complex, strategic deals.
• Entrepreneurial and resilient, thriving with autonomy and delivering results through creativity and persistence.
• Credible in senior stakeholder conversations with government decision makers, communicating with confidence, empathy and active listening.
