Engineering Coordinator (Female)

About the role

The Engineering Coordinator will supervise the building management system, monitor all plant activities, and provide administrative support to the engineering team at Mövenpick Resort & Residences Aqaba. The role works closely with housekeeping and front‑office teams to ensure a high level of guest service.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and control the operation of the building management system (BMS) and monitor plant performance.
• Provide accurate administrative support to the Engineering Team.
• Interact with Housekeeping and Front Office to guarantee guest satisfaction.
• Assist the Director of Engineering in annual investment, project and replacement budgeting.
• Schedule and follow up preventive maintenance (PPM) and ensure work orders are logged in the Dyna Win system.
• Analyze plant data, diagnose failures and propose remedial actions.
• Recommend improvements to methods, systems and procedures to increase efficiency.
• Train and instruct staff, complete required checklists and attend scheduled training.
• Ensure compliance with Mövenpick fire, hygiene, health and safety policies.

Required profile

• Female candidate as specified in the title.
• Strong knowledge of hotel facilities and daily operations.
• Punctual, reliable and able to lead a team.
• Willingness to train others and adhere to company standards and values.
• Ability to analyze technical data and communicate findings.
