About the role

The Modern Montessori School is seeking an enthusiastic English Homeroom Teacher to join its award‑winning team in August 2026. You will work in a vibrant, inclusive environment that blends Montessori methodology with the IB Programme, fostering independent thinkers and global citizens.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English lessons that align with the school curriculum, policies, and external assessment requirements.
• Individualise and differentiate instruction to ensure every student is stretched, supported, and makes outstanding progress.
• Regularly assess in‑class and at‑home learning, providing targeted feedback to drive student progress.
• Establish a positive classroom environment where students feel valued, supported, and are encouraged to take learning risks.
• Collaborate with colleagues, share best practices, and contribute actively to the school’s learning community.
