Enterprise SharePoint Administrator/Developer

About the role

V2X is seeking an experienced SharePoint Administrator/Developer to support military and civilian users worldwide. You will design, deploy, and maintain SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online environments, integrating them with Microsoft 365 and Power Platform to improve collaboration and operational efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and configure SharePoint 2019 and SharePoint Online at an enterprise level.
• Manage SharePoint Enterprise Search, including index configuration and scheduling.
• Plan, install, and apply service packs, hot‑fixes, updates, and patches across multi‑server farms.
• Use Event Viewer, ULS logs, Power BI, and Microsoft Graph API for troubleshooting and performance monitoring.
• Implement Microsoft 365 integration (Teams, OneDrive, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).
• Create and maintain technical documentation and provide end‑user training.
• Develop custom solutions using SPFx, React, TypeScript, PnP, CSOM, JSON formatting, and adaptive cards.
• Design and automate workflows with Power Automate and Microsoft Forms.
• Ensure compliance with Zero Trust security models and military‑grade security standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience with SharePoint Online and SharePoint 2019 administration.
• Strong background in Microsoft 365 and Power Platform integration.
• Ability to gather business requirements, design tailored solutions, and document engineering processes.
• Willingness to meet host‑nation visa and driver’s‑license requirements for deployment in Jordan.
