About the role

This is a hands‑on, build‑from‑zero position for a highly motivated operator with a founder’s appetite for ownership. You will work directly with the company’s founder to identify a critical problem, shape the strategy, and drive it to validated results.

Key responsibilities

• Own a strategic problem area end‑to‑end, from idea generation to measurable outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with the founder to define and execute the go‑to‑market plan.
• Engage with operators, run pilots, and translate learnings into product and market decisions.
• Create early playbooks, partnerships, or market‑entry frameworks that will support the next growth stage.
• Provide honest feedback on progress and pivot quickly when evidence demands.
• Assist in hiring and shaping a small team around the owned area.

Required profile

• Prior experience founding, running, or building within an early‑stage company.
• Ability to switch seamlessly between strategic thinking and hands‑on execution.
• Comfort with ambiguity and strong judgment under incomplete information.
• Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong advantage for the target market.
• A grounded, no‑hype mindset when interacting with customers and teammates.
