About the role
Ayass Hotel is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Events Sales Supervisor to lead event sales and coordination, driving revenue and delivering exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Generate and manage event sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and corporate accounts.
- Coordinate with internal departments to ensure seamless execution of events.
- Prepare event proposals, contracts, and function orders.
- Supervise and support the Events Sales team to ensure operational excellence.
Required profile
- Proven experience in event sales within hotels, resorts, or hospitality venues.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively under pressure.
- Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
- Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with OPERA System (preferred).
- Knowledge of hotel event operations and banquet coordination.
