Executive Chef for UHNW Private Household in Jordan

About the role

An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Executive Chef to join a prestigious ultra‑high‑net‑worth private household in Jordan. The chef will deliver highly personalised culinary service, combining international cuisine with discretion and impeccable private‑household standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all culinary operations within the private family residence.
• Prepare fresh, beautifully presented meals tailored to the family’s preferences.
• Develop diverse menus covering international, Mediterranean, Middle Eastern and contemporary cuisine.
• Cater for intimate family dining, formal dinners, entertaining and private events.
• Manage kitchen provisioning, supplier relationships, stock control and purchasing.
• Recruit, train and manage additional kitchen staff as required.
• Travel with the family occasionally when needed.

Required profile

• Significant experience with UHNW/HNW private families, luxury residences, yachts or five‑star hotels.
• Excellent knowledge of international cuisine, especially Mediterranean and Middle Eastern.
• Strong food‑safety and hygiene standards.
• Discreet, respectful and service‑oriented personality.
• Fluency in English; Arabic is advantageous.
