Executive Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking

About the role

The Executive Relationship Manager – Corporate Banking is responsible for managing and deepening relationships with major corporate clients in Jordan. Acting as a trusted advisor to senior decision‑makers, the role leads complex banking transactions while driving revenue, profitability and wallet‑share growth.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and deepen relationships with major corporate clients in Jordan.
• Act as a trusted advisor to CFOs, CEOs and senior decision‑makers.
• Develop client strategies, identify growth opportunities and originate new business.
• Lead complex lending, structured finance, trade finance, cash management and treasury transactions.
• Coordinate transactions with Credit, Risk, Treasury and product teams.
• Monitor portfolio quality, profitability, exposure and risk.
• Provide senior management with market intelligence, pipeline updates and business opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with Central Bank of Jordan regulations and internal policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business or a related field.
• 10–15+ years of banking experience, primarily in Corporate Banking.
• Strong experience in corporate credit, financial analysis and complex transactions.
• Proven track record managing major corporate relationships and generating revenue.
• Fluent in Arabic and English.
