Experienced Associate – IT Audit (Audit & Assurance)

About the role

Deloitte is seeking an Experienced Associate to join its IT Audit team in Jordan. You will work on both internal and external IT audit engagements, applying Deloitte’s methodology and tools to assess risk and improve clients’ control environments.

Key responsibilities

• Perform risk assessments and test/evaluate records.
• Conduct internal and external IT audits using computer‑assisted audit techniques.
• Prepare audit workpapers and develop an understanding of Deloitte’s IT Audit Specialist approach.
• Establish and maintain working relationships with client personnel.
• Perform analytical reviews of audit documents and assess internal controls over revenue and financial reporting.
• Provide recommendations to strengthen the IT control environment.
• Plan, manage, and deliver audit engagements on schedule.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business Computer, or Management Information Systems.
• CISA certification or other relevant certification is a plus.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in professional services, IT external audit, or IT internal audit.
• Strong background in auditing techniques and computer control environments within the financial services industry.
• Proven ability to plan and manage fieldwork and meet deliverable deadlines.
